Why are Proven Winners® plants better?

Proven Winners® plants are a special selection. They are created by crossing species with each other, bringing together the best qualities of both parents. From the thousands of new created varieties, only the best is chosen. Sometimes it takes up to ten years before a new Proven Winners® variety is ready for sale.

What do "L" and "XL" mean for plants?

We supply the plants in large 3 litre pots, which we call "L". Or in extra-large 5 litre pots, which are marked "XL" in the online shop. Many small shrubs are only available in "L". And most large shrubs are only available in the "XL" form. Sometimes you can choose the size you want for a plant.

Did something go wrong? Did the courier go over the speed bump a little too fast? Send an email to [email protected] with your complaint, preferably with a picture, and we will try to solve it for you as soon as possible.

Two year guarantee

Proven Winners® plants grow and flower very well, without too much effort. Is the growth or flowering a little disappointing? Let us know and we will gladly give you tips on how to solve the problem. If the plant has died, even though you have taken care of it, please let us know. We will send you a new one.

Which countries are shipped to?

By default, we only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. Would you like something sent to another country? Please contact us via the contact form or via e-mail [email protected].

How can I pay?

You pay safely and securely via Mollie. Here you can choose between, bank cards, credit card and Klarna. Or Bancontact for Belgium, iDeal for The Netherlands, Sofort Bezahlung for Germany and Cartes Bancaires for France.

Why do I have to pay shipping costs?

We work with quality packaging and the best delivery service. This has its price. That is why we charge shipping costs separately. However, if you order plants worth more than €200, we will not charge the shipping costs (worth €23.95).

For customers in Belgium, the shipping costs are € 14.95. For these Belgian customers, orders above €150 are free of shipping costs.

What is the delivery time?

We deliver within 2 to 7 days. That is longer than ordering new shoes. But much faster than most other plant webshops. Every week, we collect freshly grown products from more than 10 specialised growers for shipment. If you order just before we receive them, the delivery time is two or three days. If you order just after, it may take a week. But you will always get a beautiful, fresh product!

Can I return plants?

Preferably not, of course, because that does not benefit the plant quality. But according to the law, you are entitled to so. If you want to return an order, please contact us first. We advise you to study the selected products well in advance, in order to limit the risk of returning a plant.
